How It All Began
Mothers in Academia began from Jasmijn Toffano’s experience of juggling a degree while raising children. She quickly realised she wasn’t alone - there were plenty of student parents out there, just nowhere to bring them together. Hence, Mothers in Academia was born to unify, uplift, and create a supportive space for academic parents - free of charge.
